The work was carried out to a very high standard in a very timely and professional manner. As with many building projects, unforeseen extras were skilfully managed without any impact on the timeframe. Rob was very professional and upfront about decisions that need to be made, he also made us aware of costs and workloads at the beginning of the project and gave an indicative cost structure. After dealing with a problematic council planning department that took 7 months and then dealing with the architect it was clear we needed help to consider additional things so engaged rob and has taken the stress out of the build process. Very timely and proactive has seen issues before they were made obvious so we could address ahead of time, notably a build over license required by Thames water.
